Fixed or Sliding Rail option?
![]() ![]() All our curtains use static headrails that stay in one fixed position. However, with our hook-on and swivel-hinge systems we also offer a sliding rail option. This allows part of the curtain to be slid aside temporarily to improve access for vehicles/larger items. Watch demo
Hook-on headrail system
![]() (Unbeatably quick, easy and flexible)
For light-medium industrial applications where there is pedestrian, manual pallet movement and occasional forklift traffic. Steel hook rails come in standard lengths that are simply screwed/bolted into position. Can be surface or soffit mounted and ganged up/cut to fit any width of door. PVC strips come fitted with steel suspension plate sets that simply hook on (or off) the hooks for ultimate convenience. Takes wide range of strip widths.
Swivel-hinge headrail system
![]() (Heavy-duty rail, unique to Redwood)
The UK's toughest, most durable curtain suspension system. Highly recommended for openings where there is heavy and constant use by forklifts and others vehicles. Headrails are made to measure and come fully assembled ready to hang. PVC strips are bolted into the hinges so they can not be dislodged. This more robust design reduces the risk of damage and excessive wear and tear. Over lifetime of a curtain, this can dramatically reduce repair and replacement costs.Takes 300mm and 400mm strip widths only.
QuickMount™ headrail system
(Ultra-safe for schools, nurseries, etc)
![]() Recommended for any environment where safety is of paramount importance. Polymer head rails come in standard lengths that are simply screwed/bolted into position. Can be surface or soffit mounted and ganged up/cut to fit any width of door. PVC strips come with holes pre-punched and simply push onto headrails without the need for metal suspension plates, so no one can be hurt if a strip is accidently dislodged.Takes 200mm PVC strips only.
